Grilled Oysters

The weekend calls for grilled oysters and beer! 🦪🍺 And wine! 🍷And scotch! 🥃 

 

So here it is, my Butter Garlic and Cheese Oysters!! 😋 The ingredients as you can see are basic but I swear it's huge on taste, and the oysters super juicy!  I seasoned it with Under The Sea Shaker.  It has salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, garlic, lemon peel, onion powder, allspice, and mustard - kumpleto na diba! It is really perfect for your seafood dishes 💯

 

🦪 Below is how I made it:

 

INGREDIENTS 

  • 2 kilos fresh oysters

  • 1 stick butter, unsalted

  • 6 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tbsp hot sauce

  • 1/2 tbsp Lasa's Under The Sea Shaker

  • Flat leaf parsley

  • Lemon

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Melt butter in a pan. Add garlic and cook till soft and light brown.

  2. Add hot sauce and Lasa Under The Sea Shaker. Mix well.

  3. Remove from heat. Add the parmesan cheese and parsley.

  4. Drizzle generously on your oyters. Oven grill for 5 to 10 mins.

  5. Squeeze some lemon juice before serving.
