Lemon Turmeric Salmon

The Lemon Turmeric Salmon recipe offers a number of compelling reasons to try it. It is a very easy dish to prepare, and the combination of herbs, spices, and butter is simply delicious.


  • 4 salmon cakes

  • 1/4 cup salted butter, very cold or frozen

  • 1 tbsp Lasa's Under the Sea Shaker

  • 1 tsp Lasa Turmeric

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 lemon



  1. Slice the lemons into 4 thin rounds, remove any seeds.

  2. Sprinkle Lasa's Under the Sea Shaker evenly over the top of the salmon cakes.

  3. Top each salmon cake with lemon slices.

  4. Place cold butter on the salmon. It might feel like a lot of butter at first, but it melts down to create a luscious sauce.

  5. Heat cast iron pan.

  6. Add Salmon cake.

  7. Sear on one side. Add turmeric.

  8. Flip and baste.

  9. Serve immediately.
