Shipping & Returns Policy

HOW LONG IS PROCESSING?

For items on hand, orders will be shipped out within 3 days of payment confirmation. Orders within the Philippines should arrive no longer than 5 working days after turning over to the courier.


HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?

Our shipping charges within The Philippines are as follows:

 Within Metro Manila

Rest of Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?

We are happy to exchange your items and give you another product with the same value or lower if:

  1. The item is deemed to have a factory/production defect and arrives damaged
  2. You are not pleased with our spices
  3. You changed your mind about your purchase. You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Pictures are especially helpful so we can learn from our mistakes. We can only send out the item for return once we receive and inspect the original one.


DO YOU GIVE REFUNDS?

We cannot refund payments. If you're returning an item and there's nothing you'd like to change your purchase to at the moment, we can issue you store credit in the same amount of your returned item to use on a future transaction. If the item you'd like in exchange for your original purchase has a lower value than your first, we will issue you a voucher for the remaining balance.

For orders within The Philippines, returns can be shipped back to our headquarters at Lasa, #413 Duke St., Mandaluyong, Metro Manila
