Batangas Pepper

Also known as Paminta in Tagalog. 

Grown by our beloved  Batangueño family amidst coffee beans and a variety of herbs on their vast family farm. This spice is crucial for seasoning any dish. Whole Peppercorns in Philippine cooking are best used in Adobo, Bulalo, and Lechon Kawali. If there is only one spice in your kitchen, it should be pepper. No other spice adds the greatest amount of flavor to the greatest number of dishes.
